SHOP ORDERS
Shopping cart orders
Building the cart:
- Buyers browse your shop
- Items are added to the cart
- Item attributes (eg. size) must be chosen
- The cart will remain intack on their device even if they leave your shop
Checkout process:
- Once the cart is ready, the buyer is ready to checkout
- The buyer may first elect to ask a question
- The full cart is sent to you with the question
- You can modify the cart prices or items before sending the cart back with your answer
- The buyer does a checkout
- Payment processing then takes place
Processing your orders:
- Orders are listed in the DEALS section of the app
- The final cart can be viewed
- The status of the order & payment is shown
- Once delivered or collected, mark the deal as complete
